People being killed in a way that they can't fight back. Like the stun lock of flamers and mgs when embers first came out or the flamer spls nova or the srm 6 A1. At least all the ppfd does it without all the screen shake and flashing lrm warning and the audio file looping lrm incoming. I'm sure we had a flashing warning with an infinite audio warning bitching 'ac incoming' or 'll incoming' you'd see a lot of ac op or ll op threads.
Pugs are just ******* in general. I've been cused out for lrm-ing and being the only one to get kills in a match with just a troll lrm build. Did the 11 other players get a kill? Nope. too much cowering behind the lrm-er with his almighty 750m tag and lrm 60 salvo.

Makes me laugh tho, recent changes have made LRMs even worse, so the only way to use them is to add more on. 70-80t seems ot be about the minimum weight for LRMs now (enjoy those LRM supernovas) because mass boating compensates for the lack of damage. Now they come to the forum whining about omg there are so many LRMs in the air.. brought it on yourselfs

Oh they do, it is just some opinionated claims like these are easier to cut down than others. The people who say SRMs are OP come up against the valid notions of range vs heat and damage tradeoff compared to things like lasers and ACs. LRMs are just more vague or different enough to avoid comparison I guess.
People complain about basically everything, no exaggeration, some complaints just stick better than others, whether for good reason or bad.

Dying to LRMs or circling lights is just annoying. That's it. Everytime I die to lurmspam on polar, I jump into my 3xams Nova, everytime I get wrecked by a light wolfpack (very rare occurence, but still), I jump into something that kills lights effectively.
It's kinda mean for me, I know, but at least I can play this game without going to the forums complaining about mechs/weapons systems that are actually UP, just very annoing in these rare circumstances they actually work very efficiently.

This is an interesting way to view it. People that made a mistake one or two minutes ago, likely wouldn't know that the mistake was made, and thus blame balance. I can see that being a contributing factor. It does take a very long time for a Direwhale to cross no mans land.
