So no reward for buying the supporter pack? I kinda thought it would fall under the MC reward.

There are no Loyalty Rewards at all.

I think people need to realize that the Loyalty Program's purpose really isn't to reward loyalty - It's essentially an extra mechpack month. The idea is to get people to spend money from today till November.

So if you feel like you're being shafted, realize you aren't - You just happen to be the target audience of the Hostage Program. Spend, baby, spend.

I'm getting two free mechs and some stuff just for playing this year. How is this a bad thing?

What mechs are you getting for just playing. Never mind, read that wrong.

I spent ten bucks for the per game extra earnings till the end of the year, the fact I got a warhorn, hanging and standing cockpit item to boot was ici g on my Year 4 cupcake.

You already get stuff for buying tournament packs, why would you be entitled to more things?

The Supporter Pack is a great deal all by its own. In addition to the items in the pack and an extra 10% XP and c-bill boost until the end of the year, through three events you already could have earned up to 7.3 million extra c-bills, 30 extra supply caches and keys, 7 extra warhorns, 2 extra hanging items, and some extra consumables.

And that's saying nothing of the events to come.

I get MC for MC. The fact they want to throw in a mech for purchasing such MC is extra.

good points
WC tournament supporters did not qualify last year either
the extra c-bills and xp don't amount to much if your a pug
its just the way things are

His point is that the loyalty program rewards all listed purchases past what the original deal offers. Your logic n counterpoint was flawed... But that's irrelevant because this is a gift on top of thenpurchase, and pgi can do ehatever they want with their 'money'.

As above posters pointed out: this is pure marketing (as is Ff points, flybuys etc). The tournament supporter pack can only be purchased once a season. You can buy unlimited mc and near limitless mechpacks. The program is intended to encourage spending from those that have not, reinforce buyer satisfaction from those that have, and advertise the presence of (and possible future bonuses) of those products for those unaware. The could have given a tsp reward, perhaps it's so minor, maybe it's had good uptake, perhaps they want to maintain customer focus on mc and mp.

Personally, I am a bit disappointed I didn't get something like the ability to put a third arty strike on select mechs with no sp requirement, or a six legged mech (hexapod?) or something ...

As miffed as I am about the way they are handling the Top Tier qualifications yet again, I don't think the Tournament Supporter Pack should qualify for anything in regards to the Loyalty Rewards simply because the Tournament Supporter pack already has its own build in rewards. I mean in addition to the bonus C-bills and such, you basically got 2x rewards for every ongoing event as well. That is a pretty damn good reward for the $10 investment.

Seriously, people may think I feel entitled or greedy because I believe the simple fact of investing hundreds of dollars into the game should defacto qualify you for Top Tier rewards but the reality is, I just believe rewards should be distributed fairly. Asking for additional rewards on top of the rewards they have already given to the tournament supporters, now that is greedy.

I am just here again this year pointing out that this is NOT a loyalty program at all. They should call it something else it is not a loyalty program.

$10 is $10 you are buying digital items MC or Supporter its just silly IMO but, the whole program is silly in the end.

Maybe the Whale Program?

It's not called a Loyalty Program. Go to the main page. "2017 MECHWARRIOR ONLINE ANNUAL REWARDS PROGRAM"

your wish has been granted. Calling a "whale program" would not be accurate, as a person that bought EVERY std pack whaled more than someone who bought a couple collectors, etc.

I prefer 'Hostage Program' myself.
