I don't want them directly nerfed. I would just like more information so that I myself can avoid being hit by them. Having a strike placed just behind your feet and no team mates calling it out isn't fun. Show on the map where the strike is and perhaps a call out from betty.

Strikes need to be adjusted from the click to convert CBills to damage to something more tactically applicable and less damaging against single mechs, especially milder effect in the shorter durations is necessary. It should be a rather longer duration area denial support weapon to break up strong otherwise immovable positions, yet right now people don't even have time to move away from a strike in most mechs.
Artillery could keep firing a longer duration but with less damage and finer grains, no crits, air strike could drop a string of napalm over an area that damages and burns a while heating up mechs in it somewhat, however notably both doing significantly less damage in the short duration yet still providing a tactical benefit.
Anyone not carrying two maxed strikes is playing the game wrong right now and that's a silly situation to support, even if the consumable prices are already an issue for new players the most ridiculous thing about them is their devastating effect and what it does to the gameplay. Strikes account for much of the overall damage done now, I seriously question why that is even remotely desirable. As I see it strikes should provide supportive effects, not do much of the brute force work and damage for us making PeekWarrior Online even more risk averse.
