Which if you look at the maths and compare it to the competing loadouts of either 6xAC5 or 5xUAC5, that is a totally and completely junk terribad build.
2xRAC5 does ~85 damage over 4 seconds, after a 1 second spin up. Chain the 2nd pair on there perfectly so a total of 9 seconds gets you ~170dmg
UAC5 with cooldown nodes (which do not affect the RAC) gets to ~1.5s CD... so 5xUAC5 build does:
0s 25 dmg
1.5s 50 dmg
3.0s 75 dmg
4.5s 100 dmg
6s 125 dmg
7.5s 150 dmg
9s 175 dmg
And thats without ever double tapping
6xAC5 is 210 dmg in 9 seconds
The RACs require constant staring, have a spin up time, spread damage, are hotter and have shorter range.. for that list of disadvantages they should be doing massively more DPS. not LESS.
Also, by the way, MCMKIIs dont have the option to run RACs.. they are IS only.
