Thanks for your thoughts and info. I guess I expected a harsher unit community because of my previous experience with clans in other games where the pressure was high.

Also It would seem im just unlucky. yay

Finding a unit is all about finding the right unit for you. There are all different kinds of units out there, YOU just need to go looking for them. These forums are a place to start, jump on TS's, drop with different units, find one that suits you and then see if you can join.

It really is as easy as that.

Many of our guys have families. Personally, I have a really large family, plus a job with responsibilities. I have been heavily involved in my unit, yet taken weeks off...even a month. More units that not deal with pilots having RL things to do pretty well. Yes, some practice...etc. just avoid those if that doesn't work for you and find a unit that does. There are enough units that you can find one that works for your situation. Best of luck...

Quality of effort put into the game=quality of experience had. I.e. Those who make an effort to get better, who seek help, who join teams win more and have a better experience.
