Does anyone know if IS AC/20 Quirks apply to IS UAC/20? For example, Hunchback 4G with the 10% IS AC/20 cooldown.

They're supposed to... Can't tell you if they do or not since I don't ever use the 20's. (I absolutely HATE brawling)

No, weapon model specific quirks only apply to that weapon model...except for what is probably a bug they didn't catch in testing which is Medium laser specific quirks are also applying to ER Medium lasers. Mech's who's UAC jam chance says "UAC" has it apply to all its UAC sizes, and ones that mention a specific size of UAC only has it apply to that one. Some IS Mech's specifically say only the UAC/5, while others are more generic. The Roughneck-Reaver, Dragon 5N and Cataphract 3D all say UAC, while the Zeus 5S says UAC/5 specifically. Likewise the UAC jam reduction quirks do not apply to the jam chance for RACs.
