120m is the current minimum range of ATMs. Anyway, you usually need a few more meters to account for how distance between mechs is measured.

well, I just tested it again, and I was just as careful the last time I tested it too. The last time I got ~150m. Now I'm usually getting 0 dmg at 125, but DMG at 126.
I don't know what to say...
When I made my post a few days ago, I was getting 0 dmg all the way out past 145.
I see the point about the lock on "range" is center of gravity to center of gravity. But 20 meters difference in testing a week apart is just weird. Glitch in the matrix?

Do you have range skill nodes on that 'Mech? Could there be a bug where minimum range is extended because of them?

just pull weapons.xml out of the gamedata.pak (its really a zip).
