I purchased a mech for a friend using the gift feature in the store. I haven't received a code yet in email....how does this work?

Did you fill in a field for your friend's email address? If so, more than likely the code was sent there
-disclaimer- I've never sent nor received a gift code so I have no idea how it works

have you received it yet?
if I remember correctly ^{(it was about 18 months ago I last used the gift store)} the gift code is sent to the email address you registered for MWO with, and gets there pretty quickly, within a few minutes.

its eazy'r to send the code to your self and then just forward it to who ever you want

I thought it produced the code on the website (with a copy eventually sent to your email).

It's time to send a message to support:

They can track the purchase (if completed) and re-give you the code.
