In private lobies, when the stock loadout option is active, the heat penaltie/spike rule should be removed.

Or simply add a "no heat penaltie" option.

My ANH-1A wants to fire his quad AC10 without heat spike, using this stuff his the purpose of his creation (and it take me so much time to bring him to combat with his stock speed, please let me fire at his full potential).

That actually sounds like a good idea.

If you can deactivate Ghost Heat all together in private lobbies, you can play around with all the broken stuff. Together with the already mentioned Quad AC10s on an Annihilator, 4 RAC5s would come to mind for maximum dakka.

Apart from being a great fun mode, this would actually allow to test the limits of ingame weapons. Min/Maxers and hobby scientists could easily assess exact numbers on their performance. And who knows, maybe that way they could find some combinations that (probably?) don't actually need Ghost Heat.
If nothing else, it would be some great fun. And you could shove actual evidence into peoples faces when they whine about a broken combination being fixed and yelling "that's stupid, that wasn't needed, give it back!" Posted Image

But seriously: Since private matches have no consequences or rewards whatsoever (if I'm not mistaken), might aswell enable this option!
