Can anyone please explain why 'our team' does not share enemy details once an enemy is targeted?
Even in current combat situations, once an enemy is found (targeted) all of the information about that enemy is automatically shared with all friendlies. So everyone now knows location, position, and strength of the opposing force.
It bothers me that in '31st Century Combat' once a teammate engages and targets an opponent, that the opposing mech model is not showing up on the info screen.
This would make the battle much more realistic and help with targeting and focused attacks.

It is not realistic to expect a teammate to broadcast enemy details, for example: Enemy Name=JoeTheMechPilot, Chassis=Viper, Variant=Viper-Prime, Weapon Systems=2-MG,2Med-Laser, LRM-15, Status=75%
And even if they did, how are you going to memorize a dozen mech models and details?
This information, or at least an abbreviated version of it should appear instantly on the board.

I would like to suggest that this information is added to the enemy data listing as soon as each unit is successfully targeted.

Please feel free to correct me if I'm trying to climb the wrong tree.
Peace
