Rather go for Spartan. It's better fit the Amaris Coup timeline.

The Argus was an outlier in comp play in MW4, but if there were tonnage restrictions/duplicate chassis restrictions (league dictating etc) it was an excellent choice due to the high mounts and "pop" ability. As with many "nostalgic" mechs from that time the high mounts will be good here but the "feel" won't be the same. That is also a reason why i'm hesitant with the Novacat; i'm sure it'll be a fun mech but what made it good in MW4 was the instant damage of 7ERL and the ability to "pop" while hill humping.

Of those 3, I'd take none and look through the discarded dumpster files for my Locust IIC

I'm wondering where you'd find those under "Inner Sphere" or "Heavy", but that's just me.
