A Double Heat Sink is out of position on the Cougar's Left Arm. Please Fix.

That is a fixed component that can not be moved around.

Ahh, tis a Fedrat. I would have expected this from a Swiner though....but then it a Clan omni. Not piloted such a beast before? Remember, can not use it in FP unless you go Clan... :)
