Greetings guy, I completed the civil war 12,800 pts needed to finish the challenge, but I don't seem to have got any of the prizes I tried to redeem. The final reward looked like you could get a free mech and paint scheme, and after I redeemed it I got nothing. Did I read these rewards wrong, or did I read them correctly and others are missing rewards too?

It was just a pattern, not a free mech. Since patterns are unlocked for specific mechs, not a global unlock, you had to select the mech you wanted the pattern unlocked for. This was made fairly clear if you had read the instructions.
