I wish this game had some Urbanmechs, instead of all of these silly suburban 'mechs that get to run around at 190bajillion KPH. The Annihilator was supposed to be designed to move at similar speeds to the Urbanmech, so why do the "urbies" in MWO move twice as fast as the annie?
Because the Urbie is not an Omnimech, the engine can be changed out, so most people swap out for the largest engine they can fit, because any light moving at less than 75KPH is a sitting duck.

With that said, if there WAS an urbie that could only move about 50kph,
Just use the stock engine, it'll move that slow for you.

In Tabletop the only good thing about the urbie was that it mounted an ac20, but with the armor/crit changes in this game, an ac20 is nothing.
I found your problem... You're comparing to completely disparate game styles, and thinking they should come out the same. This game barely even resembles the Mechwarrior universe, it isn't anywhere near TT.

I would recommend having a slow moving, stealthy urbie that has a quark which makes the ac20 do an extra 60 damage, or just lets it mount 4 ac20's regardless of weight/crits space.
So you want an Urbie that can 2-shot anything in the game? Not going to happen, but if it did, it would make every single player either leave the game or play the Urbie exclusively. (it would be the most extremely OP mech ever in the game)

and also there should be an R2-D2 paint scheme.
That I do agree with.
