Anyone know how to refund your mech purchases with PGI? I know people have done it but I have no idea how.

As far as I know, this only works for pre-orders that have not been released yet. Clan Heroes II, Clan IIC Heroes, Civil War: Escalation and Thanatos packages only, as of today.

Clan Heroes II are delivered tomorrow, so if it's those, get a wriggle on.
