I have founders mechs, and phoenix mechs. What quirks do they have?

example: i have a Shadow hawk phoenix, SHD-2H(P). Does it have the same quirks as a shd-2h?

how about my founders catapult CPLT-C1(F), same as a CPLT-C1 in terms of quirks?

Yes, special versions of a chassis have all the same quirks as the base versions. So a SHD-2H and SHD-2H(P) have the same quirks, and a TBR-Prime and TBR-Prime(I) have the same quirks, as examples.

(obviously excepting the c-bill bonuses!)

Yeah, all special versions of standard mechs are identical to their standard ones in terms of quirks.
If they weren't, it'd be sort of pay to win (or pay to lose if the paid versions were worse in terms of quirks).
