[Scyrulus]

My Raven 3L's speed decreases from 136kph to 16kph when legged. I thought that the mechanics were the slower of 40% max engine speed or 40kph, whichever is lower. It seems that the function here (40kph x 40% =16kph) is not working correctly, unless I missed a patch update...?
