I am not interested in a politically correct group or a group that gets offended easily.

I am looking for a group that is laid back, but also does faction play and works together as a team.

Given your stated desires, you might also try LoDD. They fit that description pretty well. You can usually find at least half a dozen over on the Steiner TS server on any given night.
