Feels like it took a vacation. Anyone else feel like its worse then it was a couple months back? I've been trying to tally what I do myself and it feels really off.

It is better than before actually. New skill tree > old sill tree. New tech = slightly better cross faction balance.

Hit Registration, not tech or the skill tree. Its been feeling off for me. Like today I pump a MDD with 4 shots of 5 C-MPL, then turn on a WHM and basically hit him 3 times with a 64 Alpha, The dmg after death was 146... The MDD wasn't out of range and the WHM was under 200m, so 3 alphas of 64 should've easily topped 146 on their own.
I've other games where I just feel something is off with the dmg and this is one where kept my results in mind to check...

Oh, right. Yes, hit reg is having some issues compared to 2 months ago. Especially on rapid fire weapons such as RACs, and MRMs.

Serverbased Calculations ...to many Projectiles? =to many Calculations? = Serverbased (good against Cheats-Bad for Hitreg and Performance)Old Problem -big Difference by you seeing the Target and the real Position of the Target

and LRMs. I have not bothered to count how many times LRMs hit me on the CT only for the damage to go to my legs.

A few days ago i was shooting a potatoe assassin with heavy medium lasers and it was barely scratching him. He was just walking slowly back and forth at 150m or so but he was taking pretty much no damage. That was with 300 ms ping.

Meanwhile in QP when i play on oceanic servers my heavy medium lasers work as advertised.

I used to use nvidia shadowplay to record videos, but i had to stop because geforce experience was behaving like malware and downloading updates without permission, constantly restarting itself, etc, etc. Does anyone know an alternative recording software that doesnt rely on my recording the whole match manually which takes significant CPU power?

Have you tryed the twitch tool? i heared tis pretty efficient.
I brought a haupauge PVR Rocket. Not a single fps less with that guy. but only 1080p30. However it lets the signals trough without any delay so your monitor will still get you 144Hz in case you have a monitor like that.

I would say worse, but I've always thought it was bad.

I watched a match last night where a light mech took four volleys of 2xLB10 at close range and barely had it's armor scratched.
