I came across an article the other day which described an incident in Atlanta where a ten year old boy found a gun in a dressing room. The mother did not know if the gun was real so she pulled the trigger. The gun discharged and the bullet struck a wall. Thankfully nobody was hurt.

This is typical of gun accidents.

Please, if you find a gun. Don't touch it. It does not matter where the gun is. Leave it alone. Dozens of people are hurt every day by stupid accidents every day. Educate yourself, and others on gun safety.

1. Always treat a gun as if it is loaded.
2. Never pick up a gun that you find. If it is a public place. Call the police.
3. NEVER POINT A GUN AT ANYTHING THAT YOU DON'T WANT A HOLE IN!

Thank you.
