Different units do things different ways, would life be a lot quieter without noisy people, yes, would it be as much fun, perhaps not. The stuff that NKVA used to do was popcorn heaven and gave people something to look at while waiting for a drop, talk about while waiting for a drop, laugh very loudly while waiting for a drop.

Zmom is another example of this, they create something for people who want to, to react to. Sometimes this can be a bad thing but overall it makes atmosphere, something severely lacking in this game.

I work in IT and most IT offices are quiet as hell, good thing for getting work done, bad for moral. Got someone in the office who made some noise and the whole office changed.

Games need personalities, forums need them just as much too.

lol being old and from the military I have tons of stories
before IT got big people would call us since we where the only computer experts

had and Vietnam vet that joined the shop and was a real wiz, he would reprogram our computers
to say crazy stuff on the display
long story short I had to tell my boss "you better leave that guy alone or he is going to show up with his AK and put a bunch of holes in you"

the level of hate I herd when dropping with some teams against NK was pretty bad
yeah that bad so its good they are gone

Teams didnt cause NKVA to leave, PGI did.

NKVA were masters of trolling/smack talk and most people always fell into their trap, they were living rent free in so many peoples heads it was ludicrous.
