Finally finished the event, I also purchased the Tournament Supporter pack.

The event states once you complete the faction event portion for the first reward you will get ONE "Retro Arcade Warhorn (Event / Promo item! Not available in store)."

If you also purchased the 2017 Tournament Support pack you will get an ADDITIONAL "+1 Retro Arcade Warhorn."

So, in the end, would you not be given TWO warhorns for both the faction/quick play goal rewards (the basic reward and then tournament supporter reward)?

You get one after the event ends, from the support pack. The first one you get after an hour or so when you completed the challenge.
