I tried to shoot this disconnected Jenner IIC to it's nose. But I could not damage it at all. I could only damage it by shooting the center, above legs portion.

Is this related to him being disco, or is is more common to happen on live mechs as well? Oh and I shot it many times into to nose, it never registered any damage there.

Normally I can't judge whether I miss because of bad shot or hitreg, but this is really odd.

Come to think of it, few times lately during startup I've been swiped by friendly lasers, from pretty close range and it has done the damage sound, yet I've received zero damage? I've considered it to be due to fast accidental swiping with some weak lasers that don't manage to do anything. But I wonder could it be another hit reg thing?

Disconnected mechs are not synced up properly with the server, so they are often not actually in the same position or orientation as you see them in.

What Tarogato said, disco dropped mech is not where you see it to be.
