Brought Mech For Wrong Account

Hey, I brought mech for my old account ( which i dont use).... have sent mwo a email, will they refund me the money or move mech over to my main account ? Thankyou

Hmmm.

I think they can move the 'Mech around but ...

Did you buy a Hero/Package with Real Cash ? I know that those packages can be moved.

Did you buy a single 'Mech ingame, using / ? For those I don't know ...

Yeah, can't speak for them in this specific case, but they were very helpful when I bought something by accident myself.

Note you have spelt 'brought', where I imagine you mean bought(purchased).

I can't promise that they will help you, but if you have a positive outcome I expect they will refund you the money and you will need to perform the transaction again, so that it becomes a legitimate sale.

The PGI support staff are pretty damn good. I've had a few occasions to deal with them, and they have been perfectly responsive and helpful to me, as a customer. I'd be surprised if you didn't have a positive outcome.

Just a Update, I have recieved no reply from pgi, have emailed them from my other account , hopeing to hear something tomorrow

I see no reason why they cannot fix it, items are virtual, moving 00010101010s is easy as injecting and removing.

This happened to me. They couldn't directly move it to another account. It was more like they refunded it and then gave me the code to apply to the other account. But that was a long time ago. Maybe they changed it.
