Same old grind day after day, some good matches, some bad but the best and most memorable two I've had this past week were voiced/commanded by Haven_Kendrick. Don't know the guy personally but I swear he sounds like he should be announcing tv/radio or some such. The "FUN" meter spiked through the roof when he was calling it. Good stuff people. Sir, I salute you <o.

Him, PanzerMagier, and the dude that does "Splataclops." All are excellent pugcallers.

I love dropping with Kendrick.. he makes the game fun, regardless of winning or loosing.. we need more people like that..
One other that I had a similar experience with is a delightful chap called WarWingSW..

What's good about these guys, and it should be a lesson to all that want to call, not only do these guys have a good voice for comms. Not only did they actually take charge. What they did is take pride in their work. They praise team mates. It's such a POSITIVE atmosphere rather than blame game or mode/meta/lrm/pug cry. Truly classy individuals. ( Specifically Haven and Panzer. I haven't run with splat.)

I love dropping with a good caller. Ones who don't just say "push g6" or call out "charlie, CT" on the comms, and aren't just robots. I wish I could drop with them every game, it really does become fun being given the objectives they put out like some crazy general. I remember a match with Panzer, in which he said he wanted a mech dead in the next 10 seconds and counted down. I went on ahead to peek out and personally destroy that enemy without regards for saving my armor or expecting backup. It felt good.
PGI could have done a bit better with their clan command and IS command voices, but honestly this is something the player population would have to do, too many quiet guys and salt warriors ingame.
I remember before I had a mic setup I used chat and gave a warhammer 40k commissar style speech to get my team to dive into a brawl right into the maw of old mount doom. We all did a glorious charge and crushed our enemies in the name of the emperor. I should probably use some voice chat more often, I got a pretty good Gabriel Angelos impression, I just sort of feel the community might be a little too stuck up some times to bother with it with how many people get pissy over small stuff.

I love dropping with those guys too, adds a lot of fun and immersion to a match.
PGI should think about hiring them for voice-acting in MW5.
