Wondering.
With MWO being out, I looked into a few.
I did TU in Open Beta but it was a partial MOBA that closed down before launch.
I started MxM last week, was good until lag today, now I am reading it lost population bad, not sure where it stands though it still is up.
If MxM goes down, I may have to look again at either Smite or Paragon, the second seems to have its own problems though and Smite may have hackers.

I am not sure if Fractured Space can be considered a MOBA though it definitely has MOBA characteristics. That's the only one I played.

Heroes of the Storm can be pretty fun

Played DOTA back in the day when it was still a warcraft 3 mod and found out that MOBAs are not my cup of tea.

Seen Fractured Space, just could not find it interesting.

I could never do HotS, never got into the games it uses characters from.

Why exactly?
Is it the whole stuff with laning, jungling, etc.? Seems I find games that are called MOBA but do not act that way.
Thanks.

The only PC Blizzard game I played before Heroes of the Storm was Warcraft 1 like 20 years ago and I still found it enjoyable
The thing I liked about HotS is the team shares an XP pool so everyone levels up equally instead of having your supports lag behind
That and there are no items to buy, you just choose which talents/ultimates you want every level

Although I do like me a good RTS from time to time (Mechcommander 1 and 2 were great), I prefer games with direct controls, like jump & runs or FPS. Or turn based strategy.
Don't know if newer versions of the DOTA map/mod changed this, but recovering from the first kill and/or tower destruction seemed to be almost impossible, e.g. from that point on, the rest of the game felt like it was mostly an uphill battle prolonging the inevitable.

I don't know what controls some MOBAs use but the ones I looked at had a similar basic move and jump like MOW using WASD and Spacebar. Smite, Paragon, MxM all use those.
I choose Master x Master because:
- having 2 Masters to switch between seemed interesting;
- more than just typical MOBA matches. They have one typical map with lanes, towers, minions, etc. but also 26 Stages of PvE, Combat Arena for Deathmatch Skirmishes and Mini-Games that are hysterical. Much more PvE than other MOBAs out there.
