Definitely tougher matches overall with the array of units currently Clan-side...but has been fun and we have done fine (especially as some of our guys have never played IS or not in a year or more).
Unit population for IS seems pretty sparse in NA primetime...so if there is instadrop opportunity all the time here if you can get a decent sized group together. The only hold up is if you are dropping 6 or less, you have to wait for enough shell-shocked PUGs to have the courage to queue up to face the big, bad clan units.

Oh yeah, all the idiot posters who flooded the forums for months and still going with, "NO NEW PLAYERS IN FP, NO PUGS IN FP, PUGS ARE SH*T AND NOT WELCOME IN FP, ONLY COMP LEVEL PLAYERS OR TEAMS IN FP.
Now no new players want to play in FP, laughing at your wait times, you deserve it.
Wake up morons, these players created the environment and because of their name or unit name they were supported so now go play in ghost drop land stop b*tching about it.
I sit here and wait for those other ugly (but classic) arguments to raise their heads again, DROP SOLO PLAY & COMP LEVEL TEAMS AND UNITS ONLY IN QUICK GROUP DROPS to make the top of the charts again.
LOL'z at idiots complaining of small population, wait times and all the other stuff, it's the only worthwhile thing staying in the game for.

Anyways, I don't think myself or the folks I drop with "deserve" to wait 20+ minutes for a drop simply because "clams" or "pre-made". I know the team(s) I routinely drop with play regardless who they're facing, no matter the mode, etc. Redjack's statement is a bit more accurate in describing how we've come to this - add in a lack of development for the only team based mode and... Well, hurray.
I'd like to see actual data paired with a plan of action from the Devs to improve on this. Hell, even a "you're X in the queue" message when search is hit would be better than sitting and spinning without any idea as to how long you'll be there. Or, perhaps, a population ticker that gives some glimpse into whether or not you should even bother loading up for a FW drop.
It's only going to get worse
