Master of the Flying Guillotine
Lots of deaths in this martial art flick. When a one armed man kills a pair of assassins, their master who is an old blind man seeks vengeance. Armed with a hat-like device that contains a ring of blades he follows, killing anyone with only one arm. At a tournament where it is quite often a fight to the death he kills one of the champions. The movie features a man whose limbs extend during combat, and a secondary fighter who uses a pair of tonfa with concealed blades. Several good fight scenes, may not be suitable for the squeamish. Especially when the flying guillotine (hat) starts removing heads.
The old master may not be able to see, but his hearing makes up for the fact. Uses thrown bombs, the flying guillotine, and is adorned in heavy robes adorned with a religious styled oriental swastika (I don't know the religion this as associated with, but I do know it is or was a real non-German symbol).
The movie is also used as an experiment by the Mythbusters who tested to see if such a weapon could work. Grant's design was less than impressive, but the other two, well, you just have to see it for yourself.
