My point exactly. There all modernized. Well except maybe FO4. That one is like you said single player. I'm just pushing for an upgraded game engine to at least 2015 standards.

you cant even get them to make a map, nm overhauling/replacing the entire game engine which ofc would mean remaking every small amount of maps we have, then add in mech models etc.

we deffo need that overhaul but the chances of getting it is small to none existant, they should have made a MWO upgrade to unreal4, then used those plentiful assets into easily making MW5 instead of leaving MWO rot while praying the Unreal4 MW5 "might" earn them something.

Come on that kind of stuff rarely happens, because it's so much work for relatively little benefit. And even more so, as if such transition fails, all that work is for nothing. The work is so frontloaded.

For PGI is quite less work to make a new game, well probably more, but it's "easier", and it has bigger result. IF and when PGI comes up with MW5, then, they could slowly move assest like mech designs, maps ect. over it.

And transition like that can be made in small pieces. It's a lot easier. In business sense it's a lot more predictable and thus safer.
