There seems to be a lot of team killer activity. So here is my proposal.

Tesla 13 Cockpit item.
Mounted. Boosts PPC and ER PPC damage
Light +2
Standard +3
Heavy +4

It consists of two disks with an LED light. When the individual disks left or right is green it gives a boost to that weapon, and also the same can be said for the other weapon side of your Mech. Takes time to recharge such as a minute or so.

If a player has less than 13 team kills, they get the item. Basically a reward for many, a punishment by not getting It at the time of release for others by not getting it.
