Since my unit has switched over to IS, we have become somewhat inactive. (Not near as active as I would like it to be.) This has left me with the dilemma of either braving Faction Play in Solo Queue or small groups, or create a premade with a string of people from multiple units. Therefore, I have decided to take the initiative. This is an open invitation to all IS pilots looking to do faction play, be they solo or from other units.

I have three requirements for those who would like to join up for faction play. They are as follows:

1. You must have a working microphone.
2. You must be willing to work with drop callers and the group.
3. Try to be polite and keep an open mind to those who would like to learn more about faction play mechanics and the game in general. (This includes builds, play styles, etc.) Troublemakers will be kicked or banned.

07' is in a similar situation (not sure what we will do for next contract yet).... we are glad to team up with you guys where we can. We are on Strana Mechty TS. Stop by if you are looking to round up some FW pilots and I will tell our guys to drop by your TS if they are looking to drop FW as a group

I laugh at how some units, while taking token IS contracts, basically become inactive because their skill floor of players is so low that cannot win against 4-6man with a full 12.

I mean IS mechs do take more skill to pilot, that's just a simple fact. But if you can pilot them, IMO, you'll win just as often. You just need to understand the strengths and use them.

We were IS for 5 weeks straight. Barely lost to a 12 man Clan team and gave KCom a solid run for their money when we were attacking Boreal Vault. I'm sure Anyone in that match sill remember it clearly, nail biter it was, as it's not usually that close on Boreal attack, bit of some tactical shake up on my behalf and well - the fun started

That is not the case with 420. From what I have come to understand, one of our most active and skilled members were taken out of action thanks to Hurricane Harvey. Generally, when we are a full 12, we don't struggle against many. It's mostly KCom and EVIL. We run into KCom, it's usually a toss up as to who takes it. Against EVIL, though... I'll admit we do struggle to counter those guys. Plus the fact that most our newer guys are heavily invested in Clan tech. That includes me, by the way.

But I am glad that your unit has had good luck in it. o7
