I agree. Clearly, the Urbanmech should have been the top-tier reward.

You may be laughing, but there are people here who would have bought there way to the R68 from scratch, even as an ultimate reward. As it is, I'm pretty sure PGI is currently process a crap ton of MC purchases.

I don't know if the Victor is the best, but I don't think a jumping, triple ballistic location (not hardpoint) mech is particularly bad.

I am laughing, and I did buy MC just so I could get my hands on that Urbie. I already have two of every other variant except for the K9... which I may very well end up buying a second one of with the MC I purchased to get the 68. It is literally the only 'Mech in the loyalty rewards this year that I'm honestly excited about, and I would have upgraded a package to get it if it were the Ultimate reward.

Last years rewards were the Atlas head, Kodiak head and 2x Silver Gatling Warhorns.

How is that different from this years in terms of what the items are? If you don't want unique cockpit items that you can only get once, so be it.

Cockpit items are crap, I almost never use them or care that I get them. Ultimate prizes should be the best and they are not.

Unlike the mechs that will inevitably suffer, they can't nerf a warhorn.

Well, in case you don't see the pattern: this is the year of suck.

First we got good mechs (Atlas-S, King Crab-000, CN9-AH)

then we got meh mechs the next year (Wolverine, Cicada... Nova and Executioner were kinda worth it since you can swap pods)

Then we got good mechs (2x Summoners with ST Energy that made it suck less, Hellbringer, Cataphract with masc, SplatJack, ECM Stalker)

Now we're in the year of suck in which the only one that stands out as being good is the Linebacker.

Stay tuned next year when we get a few good ones and not just 1 or 2.

I'd have been sad as there is no way I could or would pay for it.. and I'm pretty much as big a fan of UMs as you can ask for...

But... 1) Broke and 2) ain't intentionally going to put clan mechs on this account. Already got some on here by accident, and they are smelling up the joint.
