Honestly the Linebacker with Jump Jets catches my eye. The best paintjob though has to be on the Victor and the Griffin.

The Griffin is just a 55 ton Centurion with JJs but all those actuators are going to prevent you mounting anything bigger than a UAC/10 or AC/10 in the right arm which leaves you 2 x SRM6+A and 2 x ER ML so not a super awe inspiring loadout. At least it is a usable loadout unlock the Wolverine Loyalty Mech.
The Kit Fox is interesting in that it gets a missile hardpoint in each torso which opens up some possibility that didn't exist before so this one is pretty decent.
The Linebacker has some potential. It has not only the obvious JJs but also is the only Linebacker with a CT weapons mount. However, I am not really sure the Linebacker has enough free weight to support a decent weapons build with 6 "Fixed" JJs. If I am not mistaken that is 6 tons of your free weight devoted to JJs on a mech with only 16.5 -17.5 tons of free weight depending on how you shave armor. Can you put a decent build on a Linebacker with only 10-11 tons available for both weapons and DHS?? Going to be tight if you can.
The Victor might be kind of interesting as well. I am seeing the possibility of a 80 ton Ilya Muromets myself. 3 x UAC/5, 3 x ER ML and maybe a few JJs to give it a bit more mobility.
To bad the Victor and Linebacker are requiring such a huge investment in collector packs. Doubt we see alot of them in game.

Multiple suites may be mounted, but only one may be active at a time.
(TT construction rules.)
Also, could have sworn we had the Victor 9A in game.
It would add an MG (+ 0.5t ammo) and two flamers at the cost of three tons of armor.
For the hardpoints alone it'd be interesting.

Also 6xrank3 jj is 6 tons, you could swing one side torso and get a laser slot as well as keep what 24 m jump ish giving you 20ish to play with

As for the Urbanmech, it's an interesting mech, but I suspect it's not going to be very varied. With an XL180, it's got 13 tons of space, and you can't squeeze too much more out of it. So the basic forms would be...
ASRM12, ERML/MLx3, 2 ton Ammo
SRM8, MPLx3, 2 ton Ammo, +1DHS
MRM30, ERML, 2 ton Ammo
LRM15, ERMLx3, 3 ton Ammo
And you tweak from there.

Linebacker: drop one of the sides for a different one with energy, dual PPC poptarting with some armor shaving off the arms that you clearly have no use for.
Kit Fox: put in Purifier sides and KFX-S Right arm, 6 energy and ECM. Could even build a better splatfox since it wouldn't be all arm mounted.
Urbie: sucks compared to K-9 so this'll probably sit empty for awhile.
Victor: 2x Ultra AC5s and 1x AC20. Skilling for ammo x2 and Jam x2, at least 6% cooldown. Double strikes mandatory.

You only get 10.5 tons of pod space if you're running max armor. The Kit Fox has you beat.
