Having bought umpteen mech pack and whatnot I had more that a year's worth of premium time banked. It used to be you could cash in this time in 30 day segments, or something like this. I can no longer see my banked time, nor can I find this mechanism to activate my banked time, either through the main UI nor the website.

On top of all this, despite having been an early supporter and having thrown upwards of $1,500 at this game since it's inception (more than any other game I have ever played to quite some degree), I'm not eligible for this year's anniversary gifts. That's one thousand five hundred dollars, and you can't even give me a virtual cupcake? Seriously?

I'm more than insulted, and I can't help but feel like I'm not welcome here anymore. I'm kind of disgusted by the whole thing. Logged into the game tonight... prime time Friday night, in a corp with more than 300 people, and I'm the only one playing. Seems this game has had its day.

Did you buy anything this year? The year of the Program, that's purpose isn't to reward loyalty but sell more mechs?

You can't be that upset, if you play so infrequently you missed 300 people leaving.

Profile -> Account Details -> Activate 30 days of premium time (under account details it'll show you how many hours you have banked).

Also not anyone's fault but Y-O-U for not playing enough matches to earn the cupcake, sorry.
