An example of personal secondary objective would be to task a player (or his whole team) to personally kill a specific enemy player.
Completing the secondary objective does not affect the outcome of the match, but instead unlocks a personal reward for the player who managed to complete his personal secondary objective.
I believe this would make the matches more dynamic, as players seek to complete their personal secondary objective on top of the main mission.
