I purchased a clan hero mech for my neighbor, however I've yet to receive an emailed code from PGI/Xsolla.

the gift agreement promt states:

***Upon the purchase of a MechWarrior Online Gift Code your unique Gift Code will be displayed both on the MechWarrior Online website and through an e-mail sent to the address currently associated with your MechWarrior Online account.***

where? where on the site is this code supposed to be located? (checked redeem section already)

I've yet to find any code displayed anywhere on my profile and the "search" function on the forums doesn't yield any results.

no seriously, I typed in "mech" and I got 0 results from both web and forum after 0.0 second search, leading me to believe that there is no actual search feature and that the current one is just a cardboard cut-out designed to LOOK functional.

next step is customer support, but I'm hoping someone knows the answers before I beat my head against that particular wall.

When you set up your account you needed an email address (gmail, etc.) the game sends any codes you purchase there. Not in game, but there. As soon as you finish the Xsolla translation you should get a series of emails sent to your email account (one with the code, one with the receipt, etc.). The delay is usually imperceptible.

Once you have the code you can then forward the code email to your neighbor (or cut and past it into a separate email or even PM it to them here). When he/she enters the code in to his/hers redeem page, the delay in getting the actual content can be as great as an hour though it is almost always less.

Gmail has an "all mail" setting, you may want to do that as well.

Posting in threads that have been inactive for extended periods of time is generally forbidden.
But in this case, the system has not changed and the necromantic post has not been moderated.
We'll still call the Gravedigger on this one. If you feel the need to discuss this topic, please open a new thread.
