Hi all,

pls remove the additional click tht is needed to redeem content. Its basically dispensable.
Just make the rewards auto redeemed.

besides that... seems to work just fine! I am really happy that I do not have to wait for an hour any more to see my progress updated!

additional click sucks. menu interface is so so... i cant plan stuff while looking for match etc. i prefer my event counter on another screen/cellphone browser.

Had problems to find the back button - i mean Grey in Grey isnt really suited for visibility... Posted Image

Thats not the expected desing nor intuitive...

Please bring the events back on the website.
I need information and tools to use when I am not playing.

The event window uses aditional ingame time, the browser tournaments page I could use outtabbing while "searching".
So this feature destroys/wastes even more time for the whole community.

It now takes more clicks, and is less efficient to use, than simply alt tabbing and using web site.

The only plus is that it updates far quicker.

This is totally negated by the fact its harder to read due to the size of it.

I have a big single monitor I'd hate to be using this on my old one.


This needs some serious revision, just to be slightly less bad than using the website

Please stop adding features none actually asked for and actually work on things like optimising the game and making it more stable

Got a response, did what support suggested (didnt work) so I sent them the information they requested and...crickets. Sort of thinking that they don't want to admit it was borked making the event impossible to participate in for a lot of players.

i did the same thing, it's going on 4 days now.
what kind of ******** company won't even give us the courtesy of "we are looking into it"

I agree with the OP. The events page is a great idea (it should flash if there's an event on) and stop when completed (or read). Overall I love it, it's feeding live data straight to you !

Overall I love it but the website should show the data too.

Yes, please auto redeem.

And probably make the event page more visible. A tiny symbol on the bottom doesn`t do it.

So, this is the last message I sent to support as of today...

re: ticket #225558

I have responded to <the tech support rep> request for information on this ticket 4 days ago (2 business days) and since the event has been going on for almost a week...which I have been unable to participate in at all, I had expected some sense of speed in helping me (..and others) resolve the issue or even some sort of acknowledgement publicly or otherwise that there was a issue with the event browser...which apparently was too high an expectation sadly. Can I get a status on the problem please?

Sorry guys, actually I would like to keep the "redeem" function, for claiming the "Premium Time" rewards (future event maybe). So I can redeem it at the time I needed it the most.

I have the following problem:

The event browser seems only to work proberly when accessed from the Home tab. If accessed from the Faction Play tab it does not show any events.

someone else has this?
