It seems, that the skill level "laser duration" of about 15% isn't properly displayed in the Mech stats. It shows only the -20% of the normal quirks.

??? It has base -5% laser duration. Add -15% from ST and you get -20% laser duration.

Ah, then I mixed it up. Wouldn't happen, if they would outline the fixed quirks from the skill points.
