[Champion of Khorne Lord of Blood]

Procrastinated on the event because my unit prefers IS and we're on Clan this week so I'm out pugging. I brought out my trusty Hellbringer, a mech dedicated to Khorne, given the title "Bludthirster", to a match on frozen city and had some fun.

Even with a Cicada pecking at my back half the match from who knows where with dual PPCs I survived at 20% HP by the end of the match.

I can honestly say that I haven't died once in FP during this entire event.

I can say the same, and I got a few kills to go with it.

I don't have a screen shot, my record in a single 'mech in faction play is 2312 damage. Boreal Vault defence in an ERLL-boat Zeus 9S. They barely made it through my armour.

Didn't feel particularly heroic though, lots of silly games on that map those days.

ERLL Zeus was one of my top performing mechs, usually only brought it out on Boreal Vault though, so I guess its a little skewed. Nice job.

ECM shadowcat with 2x ER LLs/ER PPCs, hide outside the gates in seige mode firing at 1.9x your optimal range while the rest of your team pushes.

The best I did in FP this event was yesterday.. We were on Vitric Forge - Siege: attack, and for the first and second wave, I sniped Gen3 and annoyed the hell out of the enemy in my Shadowcat.. My team pushed hard and got the other two gens, and by the end of the second wave, omega was already half way down.

I got killed, so I hopped into my Crit Lynx and proceeded to harass the enemy even more.. I went up above Gen2, to hunt and harass a fresh catapult, killing it.. then grabbed two kill steals, for a total of 4 kills with two mechs. Then we were already at 40+ kills, so we just dropped omega to put them out of their misery..

It was a stupendously easy match, and shockingly it was pugs on pugs..

What surprised me was how good the Crit Lynx was, it was my first time using it.. and how well I did in mechs I usually don't do that well in..

Nearly as bad as that one guy in the Mad Dog who always sits at 1100M making fireworks about 100m infront of the enemy.

I just try to keep my mech alive as long as possible, but only as long as I still have most of my mech left. Staying alive when I only have a medium laser left is no good, in the match above I only lost my main torso right as we were wiping up the last 5 or so enemies.
