[For Whom The Bell Tolls]

Hi all, I've bought The Urbanmech Hero but after 6 hours I cannot see it into my inventory.
If I look in the shop, it tells me "OWNED", but actually I cannot play with it.
Can anyone help me pls?

Things to check:

1. Check the mech filters at the top and make sure they're not excluding what the Urbanmech K-9 is (Hero, Light, IS).
2. Check the actual names of your mechs. Sometimes the game goofs and puts the wrong portrait on
3. Restart the game and check the above again
4. Message support

I did all the 4 things yet, but still no answer and nothing happened...
