The title is not meant to be hyperbolic. The urbanmech has several locations which when struck suffer absolutely no damage at all. The weaponry actually impacting the mech is clear, it is not merely passing through it like on some other mechs. This is apparent on about 20% of its upper torso. I have noticed this in several games both fighting hostile urbies and playing as them.
Here are three screenies as evidence. There is no damage indication on either the reticule or the target mech status HUD.

I would not like to use the word "invincible" , but urbie seems harder to kill compared to other light mechs.

That is a disconnected mech problem, not an Urbie problem.
If a player never connects to a match and his mech is dropped without him, the mech model's calculated resting location isn't sync'd with the server, and can often be wildly in the wrong place, and that is what you experienced. It's probably a step or two to the side and facing the wrong direction as well.

Yes, I stumbled upon this with disco Jenner IIC where I shot several times it's long nose with a heavy or assult most weapons, and it took no damage. It's just because the nose wasn't where it was drawn to me.

Urban mechs currently can take damage while live far in excess of what they should be able to absorb.
