Merc To Lyalist

So if a Merc wants to become a loyalist they can join their current contracted faction, Is that instantaneous? Or does it take a week? Like if I wanted to join jaguars or kurita for the loot today?

Also how much reputation do you loose as merc braking and becoming a loyalist?

It is, but you need to play 10 matches before you earn LP.
