PGI will only respond to two things:

1) If a MWOWC teams says they are un-happy.

2) If we stop fighting with each other and start NOT SPENDING REAL MONEY......

Having worked in Customer Support for a very long time, #2 is the first thing that immediately affects performance....
I have not and will not spend a penny until PGI returns to me the mechs I bought in Feb of this year as they were...
No MW5,
No Mech Packs,
No MC,
No Premium Time
and
I can 100% gar-un-tee that if we all do this, PGI will ask us why.......
