Not Sure What Else To Do?

My problem still the unsupported video card detected error. The last time i can remember is that i was able too get pass this error. Until recently i been trying with no luck. I pretty much out of ideas at this point. Any suggestions out here, i'm thinking i'm pretty much sol. I'm using an Radeon™ RX 460 Graphics 8 gigs Ram
