Like it says. Stuff wasn't awarded on logging in and I can't find a button like with loot bags.

click the E and it should be there under *Expires in*

What is this in reference to? I've been waiting for the mechtoberfest stuff. Should I be claiming that from somewhere?

On the bottom on the screen in the home screen there should be a wierd looking "E" click on it and it should show you the events. Go to recent/active events and you should be able to claim any prizes you have won under the "Expires in" column

Hah... so not only was it hard to get into the planets that would allow loyalist awards, so few people got the cockpit items, now no one gets the mech.
