[Kazuto Kurosaki]

Wouldn't be cool if we could run around in a Hatchet Man? Or if the Kodiak could actually use its claws by punching? What if your Centurion lost its AC 20 and all you have is your left hand? I think basic melee attacks should be implemented similarly to way they are in any FPS. What are your thoughts/ideas?

They're purely ornamental and would snap off easily.

You should still have CT lasers and/or SRMs.

Not a good idea for what MWO is. We all like the idea of melee but we wouldn't like the outcome of implementation.

TLdr melee will never happen, hold your breath you’ll die faster than they will implement it, or the servers will be shut down, and welll all be 65+ and dreaming of a mechwarrior game we all wanted :3

IS pilots should have the ability. It's one of the reasons in lore that the IS stopped the clans in the clans in the first place.
