The arms of the Osiris aren't moving when you take the Arm Lock out . You can shoot with your weapons with Arm Lock out but the arms are not moving up or down .

Just witnessed this myself, confirmed. Functionally, the weapons can be aimed up and down when arm lock is not on, but if you hold down CTRL and look out to the side you will see that the arm does not actually move.

There are several kinds of mechs in this game, each one with it's own kind of arms.
But to move an arm, obviosly you first need an arm
Osiris has no arm's lower actuator or hands, just weapon pods that can be aimed up and down thus it cannot move it's arms to the sides.
It's no bug, just how the mech works

The weaponpods should move up and down with the upper arm actuators.

It has upper arm actuators that allow its arm weapons to aim up and down farther than the torso is capable of twisting. Every other 'mech that is like this, such as the Locust, properly displays when you do this. The Osiris does not. Please know what you are talking about before you talk about it.
