Over and Over...having to hit dismiss.
If I want to play faction I would either want to turn it on or g to the faction screen
I m seriously tired of being spammed while in the mech bay.
Is there no way to turn his off( I could not find one)

Break Loyalty with your faction and don't choose a new one.
Otherwise, I don't know of a way to turn it off.

There is an option in your settings. I turned it off a long time ago.

In settings uncheck the Call To Arms pop up, and they dissapear.
