Nothing offensive, but for the love of chr^st, please give it some torso speed, my goodness.
The shield arms are useless if you cant swing them around fast enough to do anything.

ie. Look at the 90ton Cyclops twist speed, you don't have to put it on par with that, just give it a little bit more.

Mauler could use a ST buff, even if minor. A lot of my time spent with them are in prolonged conflicts, where the enemy is weaker. Quad UAC/5s aren't cutting it much in today's meta, as is the Brawl setup. I have them setup now for PP dmg, which a cyclops can do better.

While we're asking for Mauler buffs, could the Knockout get an additional 1E per ST?

No twisting on assaults. Its fair in comparison to the other mech classes like heavy or mediums. if you want to torso twist then play something 65 ton or less. Or a summoner/linebacker

I however very much want them to remove the stupid ghost heat on ballistics like AC10, AC20. As if guns were OP or something lol. This is something that makes assaults' life less forgiving for no reason.

A techbase buff is a mauler buff, and a buff to many other mechs that struggle to compete with clan mechs.

I'm guessing the ability to read numbers is hard for you.
Where do you get that the Mauler is in line with anything?
The only thing with a slower twist is/are annihilator/some atlas variants.

Annihilator(100t): 58
Atlas(100t): 58-67
King Crab(100t): 67
Banshee(95t): 76
Cyclops(90t): 90
Highlander(90t)): 85
Stalker(90t): 67
Mauler(90t): 63

Where do you get that you don't shield in assaults? So, what, you just eat the 70-80point laser vomit? And by shield i mean splash damage, not necessarily go full arm shield(though for the mauler this is necessary).

Anyway aside from you clowns and your illogical trolling, give it 70ish base twist so you can stack skills as well. The stalker can get away with a low twist rate since you can just face tank and wiggle the nose.

90deg a sec is fast, my victor(l) splashes damage very well.This will at least allow you you mount closer range weapons to shoot, twist.

I honestly still can't get over the not shielding thing...
