That link doesn't really help.

I have the same thing. I was 11/12 , lost a game but earned more than 150XP.
The reward went into "locked Conflict Reward".
I did another game, won it and earned more than 150XP.
Reward is still locked.
What can I do?

I think you will only get that reward if your faction, clan or IS wins. Wait for the event to finish.

To be clear, the Victory condition to collect the $4 million cbills with 12/12 towards the Faction on a outright win only but a tie nets everyone $0. Prior to that, which the other goals rests only on the player meeting or exceeding 150 match score to collect the 3/3 ($1 million cbills), 6/6 ($2 million cbills), 9/9 ($3 million cbills).

Unlike the previous Battle of Luthien, the ability to earn the mech now is simply dependent on earning 250 match score for a total of 12/12 instead of whether or not anyone wins the event outright.
